I have been a Special Education teacher in the Chicago Public Schools for 8 years. Before that I worked as an instructional assistant in a Special Education classroom. I have taught both reading and math for K-2nd grade, 8th grade, and am currently a 3rd-5th grade Special Education teacher. My tutoring experience is mostly with reading, phonics, and math but am able to tutor in elementary science and social studies as well.
