About Fay

Hello! I have spent most of my adult life working with children of all ages in private settings and daycare programs. My childcare "career" started at my childhood church when, as a teenager, I would help my mom run the Sunday school. When I moved to Boston for college, my work-study job was with an inner-city children's program. There, I took care of kids age 4-12 every day after school by preparing snacks, helping with homework, and leading educational fun activities. After college, I worked as a teacher in another children's program for a school in Cambridge, MA. There, I supervised kindergarteners up to 5th grade, and prepped after school art/yoga/active learning classes for 3-5th graders. Overall, I have spent several years trying to make the lives of children better, as early development shapes the values and the inner world of people for the rest of their lives. I find this work extremely important and rewarding, and it would be excellent to continue doing it with your family!
