About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, friendly, and supportive. I like working with kids because watching their personalities develop is something you can't ever replace, it's a reminder of how much hope I can give them for their own futures. I'm looking for a job that is in babysitting, childcare or nannying. I started working with children in high school as a tutor. For the last two years I've been taking two children to school. I also volunteer. In my spare time, I like to clean my room, watch competitive baking shows, bake cookies, or go get iced coffees with my mom and twin sister. One thing you should know about me is that I am a full time online student at the University of Missouri St. Louis, studying applied psychology of child advocacy studies. My skills in childcare are still accumulating, but for now, are revolving around patience, enthusiasm, and my knowledge of child development and maltreatment.
