About Josue

I'd describe my personality as patient, compassionate & determined. I like tutoring because I enjoy helping students understand why their education is important & contributing to building strong young persons. I'm looking for a job that will give me hands-on experience in education & tutoring. I started tutoring when I was a teenager and would help my younger siblings with their homework after school. In my spare time, I like to read, walk & train my dog and spend time in nature. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a stroke survivor with some physical & cognitive disabilities. This opened my eyes to learning-challenges & the importance of helping others overcome obstacles in education. My skills include Spanish fluency, creative problem-solving & adaptability to most age groups and life circumstances.
