About Mei

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, approachable and open-minded I like tutoring because I n. like building relationships with people, and kids are the best of us to be friends with. They are genuine, fun to be around and always inspire me with their creative ideas. Ever since high school, I have been doing part time job as Math tutor, Chinese tutor because of my passion for education I'm looking for a job that provides a welcoming and respectful environment. I started tutoring when I was a undergraduate student. When I realized how much I enjoy being around kids. In my spare time, I like to hike, run, and watercolor painting. One thing you should know about me is I have a remote day job as an Engineer and I like my job. I like sharing my knowledge and encourage kids to pursue STEM if it's in their interest. My skills include teaching outside of classroom, teaching with creativity. I am patient and I have good motivational skills.
