I have been nannying and caregiving in some capacity for the last 6 years. For the past year and a half, I have been working in a daycare with infants and toddlers and honing my skills working with such a young age group. I subscribe to the RIE philosophy of child care, which is based around respect, communication, and supporting independence in kids from birth. I believe my role as a caregiver is to create amd maintain environments that support independent and creative play and let the child take the lead. I am an artist and creative and love working with kids in these areas. I have drivers license and car, am CPR and first aid certified, and have done 40 hours of training on safe sleep, sanitation, age appropriate play, and much more. I'm excited to get to know your family!
