With over 20 years of experience in childcare and a unique background as a Corrections Officer, I've had the joy of nurturing and guiding more than 10 children, from infants to adolescents. This hands-on journey has blessed me with a deep understanding of child development, behavioral management, and how to promote their fun, age-appropriate activities that keep kids excited and engaged. My time in corrections has taught me how to handle challenging situations with patience and resilience, skills that are incredibly valuable in childcare.
