About Susan

I'd describe my personality as fun, positive, responsible! It's back to school time for me! So I am looking for part time or one time childcare jobs. Childcare for me is to be able to help families who need professional support! I started working with kids when my child went to kindergarten in 2006. I worked at his elementary school in Parkland and have been with district ever since! 2012 I went full-time as a paraprofessional at the school district. I am still providing private childcare in addition to teaching! One thing you should know about me is I am committed to the safety and welfare of every child I work with. I would love to use my experience to help a loving family. As a para I have teaching experience and also experience with dealing with children's emotions and behaviors. I always try to use positive reinforcement. My skills include teaching children, ability to help young kids regulate emotions to control behaviors and to just have fun! Safety is first!
