I want his/hers parents to know that their child is in excellent hands, and that I make it my mission to keep their child happy and safe. All children really want is to be validated.

Lauren has cared for my son quite a bit now. He warmed up to her immediately, which is unusual for his shy nature. She is so sweet and patient with him. I can always depend on her to be there when she's scheduled and she has never cancelled on me.
