Hello! I'm Rachel, and I bring a wealth of experience and a deep passion for childcare. With a background in both clinical and nurturing environments, I've dedicated years to enriching the lives of children. I believe in creating a safe and stimulating environment where children can thrive emotionally, intellectually, and socially. Whether it's planning creative activities, assisting with homework, or simply offering a listening ear, I strive to be a positive influence in every child's life. In addition to my experience as a nanny, I've also worked at Children's Hospital in the Emergency Department as an EMT. I'm also a licensed Registered Behavior Technician, specializing in working with children diagnosed with autism. I am committed to building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents, fostering open communication and mutual respect.
