About Tessa

Hi, I'm Tessa! I've lived in Denver my whole life and discovered my passion for childcare while working as a swim coach! I've worked as a lifeguard for the past 3 years and am CPR/first aid certified, as well as have real life experience dealing with injury prevention and safety. Additionally, I have 3 years of experience working as a summer nanny, which includes both live-in and tutoring work. I've been a swim instructor for children ages 4-13, teaching both private lessons and classes. I'm looking for jobs to bring my energetic and kind energy to and have a real love for guiding and nurturing kids to navigate the world around them. During working hours, I'm big on active, creative, and crafty activities that bring out a child's curiosity and intelligence. I'm finishing my senior year of high school and preparing for college, so I'm only available after 4:30 on weekdays, but free most anytime on weekends. I'm also totally cool with helping out around the house, errands, and pets!
