Hi there! I live in SE Portland and am originally from outside Washington, D. C.! I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in photojournalism from Syracuse University, where I also minored in psychology. I recently received a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Child Life in Hospitals. Throughout my education, I have taken courses in child development, including therapeutic play, childhood and family trauma, trauma-informed care, child and adolescent psychology, and family systems. I have also taken a full-spectrum doula training course. Since moving to Portland, I have cared for infants ranging from 4 months to 14 months. I also have experience working with medically fragile children. I am courteous, responsible, and observant. I am a quick learner and have experience working in fast-paced environments. I enjoy spending my leisure time taking my dog for hikes!
