My mom has 7 kids including me so I've always been surrounded by a variety of ages to work with. Especially when my mom needed extra help because I'm the oldest daughter in the house. My skills include making sure they're communicating is good, teaching to share, making sure they don't get hurt, helping with homework, cleaning the house up, changing pampers, bathing the children, and potty training.
