Sydney was very good with my then 6 month old son. She always found ways to interact and play with him and he was very fond of her. She took any direction well and kept him on his schedule . She always arrived on time and was flexible with my changing needs. She is very kind and caring and you can tell she genuinely loves children, which is hard to find these days in most caregivers .
