PEDIATRIC OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST LOOKING FOR SUMMER JOB I'd describe my personality as kind, creative, and enthusiastic! I have always loved working with kids because of their creative minds and fun spirits. I find myself learning so much from the children I work with, and I can't imagine myself working with any other population. I love to do art, play sports and read lots of books with the kids I work with, and find any creative ways to incorporate my OT mind into the activities we do! I'm looking for a job that is short term for the summer months, is reliable and highly communicative. I started working with kids when I was 15 as a nanny before I transitioned to working as a one-on-one summer camp counselor where I worked with children with various diagnoses (ASD, William's Syndrome, Oppositional Defiant Disorder). Since graduating, I've worked in a private pediatric clinic and now at an elementary and middle school as an occupational therapist!
