About Sarah

I knew I wanted to provide care for children and young adults with disabilities ever since High School. I graduated from Winthrop University in 2019 with a degree in Multi-categorical Special Education and spent the following year serving as an advocate and teacher to 14 girls with disabilities in South Asia. Upon arriving back to the states I resettled in Raleigh and am currently pursuing opportunities to continue serving in education and caregiving. I am the third born in a family of eight with six brothers and am comfortable with large families and have experience working with multiple age groups for education, assistive therapy, and training. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, baking, and spending time outdoors and would love to find a family and/or students that I could invest in.
