About Tay

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, playful, and thoughtful. I like working with kids because I am passionate about facilitating increased confidence and emotion regulation through play and mindful connection. I started working with kids when I was young, assisting in my mom's preschool classroom throughout growing up. I have spent many years providing behavioral therapy for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home, clinic, and respite contexts. In my spare time, I like to spend time outside, do art, movement, read, hang out with my cats, and play video games. One thing you should know about me is I have my Master's Degree in ABA and extensive personal and professional experience with Autism, ADHD, and neurodivergency. My skills include play and natural environment based behavioral therapy proficiency, working with maladaptive behaviors, supporting functional communication and emotion regulation.
