DRAGONS & UNICORNS Join us for an afternoon of art that is fun, hands on, and a blast of creativity! At this camp your child will sculpt the unicorn of the sea from the north, the narwhal! Sculptures are made using polymer clay which is baked and cooled and then painted all at camp! AMERICAN ART PARTY Fireworks, picnics, family, and fun, this week is all about celebration! Join the fun and celebrate with the Art House. Summer Semester (May-August) Exercise the imagination at the Art House. This class is designed for kindergarten through 2nd grade aged children to help them learn and develop fine motor skills through creating art! Your child will practice using scissors, holding a pencil and paint brush, and much more through drawing, painting, and sculpting. Students produce a variety of projects with various mediums and subjects in order to learn different techniques and skills in creating art. Classes are limited in sizes so sign your child up today!

Summer Semester (May-August) This class is recommended for ages 12+ who have a basic knowledge of drawing, anime, and some experience with digital art. Digital Art Supplies REQUIRED. iPad with Apple Pencil preferred. Class is taught using the program Procreate for Apple iPad, which is strongly recommended. Other programs may suffice, but we cannot promise a 1:1 comparison of lessons for any other programs used. Experience in procreate preferred but not required. We will study what makes a cartoon "anime," different methods, techniques, and all the formal elements you need to create your own anime art and characters. Classes are limited in size, so sign up today!

The High School Digital Animation class at The Atelier School of Art is a one-hour session designed for teens looking to develop their animation skills using iPads and Procreate Dreams.
